CAPSULES: PRECISION AND QUALITY IN NATURAL STONE

The Capsules project posed significant technical challenges, particularly due to the need to work with extremely precise tolerances of ±0.4 mm. The goal was to ensure well-finished pieces that met both technical specifications and aesthetic expectations.

The chosen material for this project was Verde Serpentine, a natural stone sourced from the Italian Alps. With its light grey-green hue and subtle iridescent tones, this stone stands out not only for its refined appearance but also for its resistance to atmospheric agents, ensuring long-term durability. The honed finish enhanced the stone’s smooth texture and uniformity, highlighting its unique veining patterns.

Each stage of the process demanded a high level of precision and attention to detail, from cutting to the final assembly. The end result strikes a balance between technical execution and aesthetic appeal, respecting the natural characteristics of the stone while meeting the project’s design requirements.
